I'm the connective tissue between product, marketing, sales, and brand — the person who maintains design consistency and organizational knowledge across every side of the business. 15+ years of building the systems, teams, and work that hold it all together.

I started at Bizrate Insights as a team of one. No design org, no process — just a mandate to build something great. Over six years I grew that into a six-person multi-disciplinary team, absorbing a separate internal group and uniting print, web, motion, and brand designers under a shared standard of craft.
Over time I became something more specific than a UX director: the connective tissue between product, marketing, sales, and brand. I'm the person who holds organizational knowledge across every side of the business — so when a campaign needs to align with the product, or a sales deck needs to reflect the same visual language as the website, there's one person who understands the full picture and can make it cohesive.
I hold a B.A. in Art from UC Santa Cruz — where the instinct for craft began — and a Master of Science in Information Design from Northwestern. I believe the best design leaders are great at listening, translating, and bringing people together around work everyone is proud of.
